The Tony Adams Award will be awarded to the organisation, project or team judged to have made the most significant progress since the Mad About Football tournament and conference in October 2008.

Our partners at the Football Association have asked us to pass on details of a survey looking into awareness of mental health and learning difficulties in football. People completing the survey will be entered into a draw for free tickets to England vs Slovakia.
